ACER India signs contract for Learning Assessment for Secondary Institutions (LASI) project in Dhaka. ACER will develop the LASI national assessment to be administered by the Department of Education of the Government of Bangladesh.
Staff from ACER India met with the Bangladesh Minister of Education Janab Nurul Islam Nahid in August for high tea at the inaugural session of the LASI project in Dhaka. The Minister pointed out the importance of introducing assessments in educational reforms in his speech at the inaugural session.
