ACER email signatures

All employees in all ACER offices must use the approved ACER email signature on internal and external email correspondence.

Internal and external signature templates are specified. Use the appropriate signature for all emails.

Consultants may use the ACER email signature in external email correspondence at the discretion of the CEO or delegate, subject to the approval of the CEO or delegate. See Policy 3.19 Electronic identities.

All fields are required unless marked optional.

(Research staff use team or program name only to show area of expertise, and omit the Division name.)

Examples:

  • Tuesday – Thursday
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30 am – 3 pm
  • I may not always be available during standard business hours.

Tip

If most of your emails are internal, set the internal signature as default so you don't have to change it for the majority of your emails.
