Internal and external signature templates are specified. Use the appropriate signature for all emails.
Consultants may use the ACER email signature in external email correspondence at the discretion of the CEO or delegate, subject to the approval of the CEO or delegate. See Policy 3.19 Electronic identities.

IT automatically add an Acknowledgement of Country and Privacy/legal notice to all outgoing external emails, so to avoid duplication do not add your own Acknowledgement of Country.

If most of your emails are internal, set the internal signature as default so you don't have to change it for the majority of your emails.
Other promotional images may be temporarily added, as supplied to staff via the intranet. (For example, in recognition of an event like National Reconciliation Week.) Any other promotional images should be removed so only one image is included at a time.
Do not add additional images or links not specified above.
Links to internal services provided by an individual or their department, e.g. a Wrike request form can be added as the last element (internal signature only).
