All employees in all ACER offices must use the approved ACER email signature on internal and external email correspondence.
Internal and external signature templates are specified. Use the appropriate signature for all emails.
Consultants may use the ACER email signature in external email correspondence at the discretion of the CEO or delegate, subject to the approval of the CEO or delegate. See Policy 3.19 Electronic identities.

If most of your emails are internal, set the internal signature as default so you don't have to change it for the majority of your emails.
Social media links can be added with the signature generator tool. Social media links are linked plain text and do not use images or logos of the platform (external signature only).
Promotional images for products or services are permitted. Images appear as the last element of the signature and must be no larger than 150px x 80px (external signature only).
Links to internal services provided by an individual or their department, e.g. a Wrike request form can be added as the last element (internal signature only).
Do not add additional information, images or links, not specified above, to email signatures.
