The need

An accurate online leadership assessment tool for over 800 front line staff, across Australia and overseas. The assessment needed to be user friendly, provide an easy to understand report and measure key leadership competencies relating to the particular client’s strategic plan.

The solution

WPI Leadership Competency Report, with a tailored online interface. ACER worked closely with the client to map out the links between the WPI leadership measures and the client’s key areas of focus. ACER Customer service staff set up and trained the client’s HR staff to manage the assessment process.

The result

Highly favourable feedback for client’s leadership participants about their WPI Leadership Competency Reports. The client has reported a greater level of engagement into their Leadership development program. It has also provided the client with a better understanding of leadership needs and capabilities across functional areas.
