SMART

The Survey Management, Analysis and Reporting Tool (SMART) is no longer available for download from ACER.

While RTOs are still required to collect survey data and report against the AQTF Quality Indicators to their State or Federal Regulator annually (by 30 June), they are not required to use the SMART software to do so.

The SMART system ceased to be the compulsory tool for reporting against the AQTF Quality Indicators on 31 December 2011, as announced by the now defunct National Skills Standards Council.

Please note that as a result of that decision, ACER is no longer contracted to provide customer or technical support services for SMART.

RTOs are advised to contact their State or Federal registering body for information and queries regarding their compliance requirements.
