How do I get the reports?
The reports can be emailed to you, uploaded to an ftp site, produced into hardcopies or complied onto a CD.
How long does it take before I get the reports?
During non-peak periods, the reports should be available 5-7 working days from the day ACER receives the answer sheets. During peak periods, the reports should be available 10-14 working days from the day ACER receives the answer sheets.
I do not know how to read the results in the reports. Who should I approach?
ACER's educational consultants provide advice on effective use of ACER assessments and resources via telephone, email and on-site visits to educators and practitioners.
I have not received my reports yet. Who should I call?
