Description

This session will focus on how teachers can most effectively use and interpret the PAT Group Report.

Available as a part of the PAT reporting suite, the Group Report shows the distribution of students’ results by scale score. Teachers can take advantage of the Group Report to identify where students are at in their learning, identify next steps in students’ learning and monitor progress over time.

The session will demonstrate how a Group Report can be generated, how to interrogate the data within the report and how the results can be linked to resources in the PAT Teaching Resources Centre. ACER will also discuss the relationship between PAT achievement bands and the PAT scale.
