Once you have carefully considered the items we have discussed in these guidelines, you will be ready to send us your final manuscript. Before you submit, please refer to our manuscript submission checklist, which is a useful tool for checking if you have missed anything.

To complete your submission, please email us your:

• final manuscript as a single electronic file
• artwork list
• artwork, each numbered and submitted as separate files
• permissions list
• author marketing questionnaire.
